After finding a suitable tutor, click the "Request Free Demo" button. You will get a free 2-day demo class. If satisfied, you can continue with regular classes by arranging payment and schedule directly with the tutor.

05What is the free demo class?

Every student is entitled to a free 2-day demo trial with their chosen tutor. During these 2 days, you can assess the tutor's teaching style and decide if they are the right fit. No commitment or payment is required.

  • 3. If the tutor does not improve, we will replace them with another qualified instructor
  • 4. If still not satisfied within 7 days of receiving the new tutor, AFS will refund 70% of your paid amount
  • 5. No refund after 7 days, as tutors are paid in advance
18Can I change my tutor if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, you can request a tutor change through AFS Management. We will match you with a new tutor based on your requirements.

You can discuss rescheduling directly with your tutor. Please provide reasonable notice (at least 24 hours) for any cancellation or rescheduling.
